Between Shadow Bend & Branch Crossing, there are upteen number of class options. I prefer Branch Crossing because Shadow Bend is dark, old, and uninviting. I like the indoor pool option at Shadow Bend. Some of the Shadow Bend instructors don't go to Branch Crossing, so that's a draw to go to that Y. The front desk staff is always friends at both and I see faces I recognize wherever I go. Love it!
I love the balance class with Diane. I can move at my own pace & it has helped me recover after a fractured hip.

I am a huge E-Gym fan, and I think the spin instructors are all great. My main Y is The Woodlands Shadowbend; I enjoy seeing the summer campers (my children were participants back in the day!) and appreciate what a challenging job that is with our climate.
I love all of Debbie's classes - she gets us all feeling good and working our hearts and minds. Love the fact that there are two programs for seniors, and the computerized weights to make sure we're working out carefully. I also appreciate all the social activities, esp for seniors.

Programs are sufficiently focused on preventive maintenance for seniors needing to enhance balancing and strengthening abilities.
