Well organized
Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Right now I am doing the E weight machines and I am liking them very much.
They have activities for all ages.
There are activities for seniors for experiences in surrounding areas and the exercise programs are great.
The activities for kids are geared so that they can try and experience many kinds of sports. It gives them a fun time without pressure. It let's them decide what they truly like and if they are good a specific one.

I enjoy the group exercise classes. You offer a variety but I especially enjoy the balance and cardio classes. In warmer months the water aerobics class is great for me too.

Variety of classes but not many activities
Welcoming to people of all ages and levels of fitness. Well-kept, clean facility with cardio machines and weight training equipment and wonderful pool. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
It has a very good senior program looking over both mental and physical wellness.

Obviously, I love the Y. I have been a member 20+ years. I do weights with the new program the bike, etc. It is a very busy place and I go in the evening--not many people.

Water Aerobics, especially for the elderly to keep moving. Very seldom young come. May try one time and not come back, but it is good for the elderly. The classes offered are great too, balance, weights, other excercises. Everything to keep us moving and get heart up.. My doctors highly recommend and say keep it up.....
I like it because everybody is so friendly and our age and they have a lot of different stuff to sign up for

Shadowbend has some wonderful ones. Debbie is absolutely great in all her classes. (Water,and Monday & Thursday classes.
