Activities and classes for every age. Convenient hours. Knowledgeable instructors. Helpful employees. I come to both gyms six days a week. Look forward to the classes and using the machines. Enjoy visiting with friends. Have been attending both gyms for years. Plan to continue this healthful habit as long as I am able.

They do a great job (even better than before) in setting up the pickleball courts for us. They also purchased new nets and balls for pickleball use.
Branch Crossing Y is conveniently located, has plenty of room and is always clean. I don't participate in programs but do work out 3 - 4 times a week in the mornings.
The Forever Fit programs for Seniors keep me active and the instructors are excellent.

Love my instructors for Body Pump! Please schedule at least 15 min. in between classes though to give us Pumpers time to set up and clean up.
