Clean; flexible schedules; good mix of classes and activities; wonderful front desk personnel.

I request a class specifically dedicated to stretching, like what I participated in at Canyon Ranch in Tucson.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the classes being taught and also able to use many of the machines. Also like the facility is very clean and open. All the instructors and front desk are very friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I workout on weight machine to keep bones stronger. I take different class exercise at the gym and online. All instructors (teachers) are very friendly, respectful and they take time to explain. Very professional and patience. All the staff always have a friendly smile and they all greeted me when I enter the gym.
The bathrooms are always nice clean and showers.

Classes are wonderful!!! Instructors are knowledgeable and caring! The Directors aren’t responsive and don’t return phone calls. The information about inviting guests is inconsistent amongst employees.

I use the gym, and the equipment is all that I need and in good shape. I must say that I will be more than happy to see the high schools get back in session.

I love the Y, however there are not enough working spin bikes available. At last count. there are not enough to cover the 24 needed for class.

Childwatch is so helpful!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the ability to work out without having to find a sitter. My kids love to go and I love getting a few minutes of me time.
