The Y is a very welcoming environment to work out in.
The programs I take are well run, body pump and Cycle M-W-F. Cycle is difficult to get a place all the time.
The facility is great. But love to see a whirlpool and steam and dry sauna. Everything else is great!!

As an 84 year old member of the Branch Crossing Y, I appreciate the simple facts of a) cleanliness, b) treadmills and bikes work - and if there's a problem with them, those problems are quickly identified and resolved and c) the friendliness of the staff.

Love the group classes! Especially fitness fusion with Cindy! The big gym really needs more medium-heavy weights though, 10-12lb weights would be great as they always run out so fast and not enough for everyone in class.
