As an 84 year old member of the Branch Crossing Y, I appreciate the simple facts of a) cleanliness, b) treadmills and bikes work - and if there's a problem with them, those problems are quickly identified and resolved and c) the friendliness of the staff.

Love the group classes! Especially fitness fusion with Cindy! The big gym really needs more medium-heavy weights though, 10-12lb weights would be great as they always run out so fast and not enough for everyone in class.
Instructors. They are very skilled, they know body kinetics well, and are very motivating.
One suggestion. The mat racks in studio A did not fit the mats. Hanging them is a problem.
There is such a wide variety of activities to choose from, and it is so easy to sign up for the activities you choose,

It is clean, machines are kept in good conditions, bathrooms are clean, I like the basketball courts and swimming pools.
The wellness center is clean. All workout machines are clean.
There are a lot of options and times that are available.
I do the cycling class on Saturdays. My instructor has leaving because of medical reasons. I really would like to continue my cycling class at the Y on Saturdays. We normally have 20 plus people in the class. Please find someone to take Cleves place. Thank you.
Great variety of exercise classes and always plenty of different time slots available so I can fit in a class around my work schedule. All of the instructors are great as well.

I love the very energetic instructors who get you going in the classes. I like the big selection of classes to choose from. Also lots of equipment to choose from and the facility is always spotless and clean.
The sports and swimming programs are a mess. Very disorganized. Ran by kids. The adults are never around. Swimming isn’t as bad as the other sports.
Great teachers and great selection of classes.
Playing Mah Jongg on Friday.
Great equipment, never too crowded, helpful staff. My favorite bike wasn’t working and it was repaired within a day.
