My wife and I regularly attend the Silver Sneakers Classic class. It is tailored for seniors with a range of ability levels. Suggestions are provided to adjust the class to individual needs. The Branch Crossing location is very near our house.

I love the wide range of classes to choose from and the virtual ones too. The instructors are really good and they’re always smiling.
Gym is proximal, tidy and machines are well maintained.
I like the classes and the instructors. I miss step classes, and I wish we had more classes late in the afternoon. Also, morning Body Pump classes are too full, and members are not signing up to reserve their spots. Frequently, there is not enough equipment for everyone. I think YMCA should try to educate members: sign up before you show up for class. And if a class is full, don't show up!

I work with a personal trainer and I am glad there is such a variety of machines and other equipment to use.
Since joining the YMCA, I have only utilized the workout area. It is very nice and clean. The YMCA personnel always have a smile on their face and are very engaging. I enjoy going to the Y.
