I mostly use the pool! Like that I can make reservation for a lane! I would really like a 10:00 am water aerobics class!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The swimming pool is very helpful for me in exercising, stretching, working out. I like the classes, but I also like the use of lanes for individual programs.

the surroundings are clean, lifeguards are on duty, I feel safe

I enjoy the variety of group exercise classes AND the instructors. I have not been disappointed in any of the instructors.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love my water Zumba class instructed by Krista, Margaretta, Yoko and Morgan. I wish you could clone them and have them teach the other water Zumba classes on Monday and Tuesday. It’s a awesome work out whenever they are at the helm. Atmosphere is friendly.. All of the activities are fun and innovative. The instructors cater to the needs of the class and make modifications as needed. The time the class is instructed is fantastic. 9:00 to 10:00 ! Please don’t change the time. If I had my wish; I’d like the Monday and Tuesday class be taught by the same instructors and move the water exercise class on those days to another time during the day😍

I pretty much just lap swim for exercise, so I need a large pool like the Y has.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love Aqua Zumba & Water Aerobics. Instructors are great and make it fun. I'm an old guy and look forward to the 9 am classes in the pool to exercise, stretch and keep limber. Please keep the terrific instructors for the many of us seniors who depend on these classes for our exercise.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The Y is our second home! We are so thankful for the YMCA and the amazing staff, facilities and community that it offers our family. We are a family of 7 and all of us enjoy going to the Y. It has something for everyone! My husband and teenage boys love the Functional Fitness Room and the gym. I love the group fitness classes and the amazing instructors and working out with an amazing community of people. Our daughter loves hanging with friends and doing crafts and such in the Maker's Space. And our youngest little guy loves socializing and playing with toys in the Child Watch. And, the staff there is amazing as well. Everyone from the front desk to the instructors to the admin staff are wonderful people and we are thankful for them all. We love you YMCA West Lake Houston!

I like the courtesy extended to me as I arrive four times a week, and the cleanliness of the facility and equipment. I have never had a negative experience at the Y in the last four years of my membership.
