I like that the facility is open early in the morning and that there is a variety of classes.
I wish the facility was open earlier on Sunday; 6 or 7 a.m. It’s difficult to get my workout done any later than that.
We love coming to the Lake Houston YMCA. Joined in 2025 and love all the programs especially pickleball!

For a man (85+) being able to workout 3 or 4 times a week at a location close to me is a greay advantage.
Group sessions for seniors

The workout programs are great ~ I especially enjoy the Strength Training class with Elfie ~ she’s awesome! Ginger does an amazing job with programs and activities for the seniors. Best YMCA ever!

Water aerobics, good exercise for a 78 year old man, little stress on the feet, so all in all, a doable exercise.

It’s a great place for the family , and staff will go above and beyond to help keep the community together! Ms. Rachel goes above and beyond to understand the people she is serving! It’s a great place to make memories, so peaceful as well!
