Foster Y is a great gym and actually a little easier for me to navigate than Trotter, but I moved a few years ago and have found Trotter just a little more convenient to navigate. I would still totally recommend Foster to anyone who ives near there or can drive just a little bit to get there. I like the classes, especially the Les Mills classes and the weight room is so easy to see across and get a sense of almost as soon as you walk in! I actually haven't used the pool in years, so I'll have to make a point of checking it out the next time I am there!

Nice variety of classes but I would like a Tai Chi class for beginners.

Yes, I love going to this location but there’s not enough space or a section specifically designed for stretching. For instance, a designated space for using the rope because it’s dangerous to hit someone in the section it is now for that.

The Y we belong to has great exercise for the older members. Everyone is friendly,, facility clean and welcoming.

Dry much enjoy the range of classes and do recommend them to friends. Good instructor, too. However, Nothing is quite like Les Mills Bodyflow/BodyBalance. It was hugely popular before the pandemic and I know some people that won’t rejoin unless that returns.
I love the classes
Love the group fitness classes, Amelie and Morgan are my favorite instructors. I’ve had Laura as a sub and she was really good as well. Would like to see more classes offered by Morgan.

Improvement suggestions: better communication between Foster YMCA and members; Aqua Zumba on Tuesday not when UV rays are extreme in 100" heat.
