All employees are extremely friendly, very helpful. The only complaint I have which I have is the Wi-Fi and the gym is horrible when I’m on the treadmill most of the time I cannot get John sounds silly any television programs I don’t like watching the little videos that come with the machine and sometimes my phone doesn’t work so I can’t listen to music or I’m listening to music and it drops and I have to log back into the to the Wi-Fi and I’m not the only one

The lap pool and childcare
I only go to water aerobics and I really like Raquel’s classes. She is also the only water instructor who respects my time and consistently starts classes on time.

My favorite is the pool exercise classes.
I take the senior exercise class. I can sit or stand to do the class. The instructor is excellent and interacts really well with the class.
I like the hot therapy pool. The strength room is well appointed also

I love the Sliver Sneakers activities. There is a family atmosphere at this YMCA. There are several extra activities that I enjoy like Chair Volleyball, Birthday Bash, Bingo etc.If your looking for a place where you feel welcomed and happy to be there then Duncan YMCA is the place for you.
Staff are friendly and courteous. Appreciate updates about pool openings/closings.
Enjoy variety of classes that are offered.
Also that food is available for those in need.
I am self directed in my activity programs, primarily using the exercise equipment and the swimming pool. Both of these areas are kept in very good order. There is a very good selection of equipment to use.
Friendly staff and proximity to home and office
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Silversneakers Circuit on Monday and Wednesday.
The instructor is wonderful and gives clear instructions on the exercise.
Great customer service
Excellent pool! I came one day last week just to check out the pool and I was blown away at how nice and big it was, and not crowded! I will be back whenever the Katy Main Street Y pool is closed.
Lots of opportunities for seniors to improve their fitness
I like the location and enjoy the group classes. I hope the Y will offer some classes on Sundays.

I like that there are special silver sneakers for seniors because this place is close to my home and I am comfortable coming here any time of day.
