There are many senior activities that we can meet new friends all the time. Plus I love the senior exercise classes.

Everyone I encounter at the Duncan Y is friendly and pleasant. The people who teach the classes seem to genuinely care. The manager is visible and responsive.

I work out in the morning on my way to the office when it opens at 5am, which is good. I just wished that the pool would reopen at that time, as a 6am opening doesn't work with my schedule.

Love the Zumba classes with Mimi on Tuesday and Thursday mornings

I like the swim classes on Monday's & Wednesdays. I miss zumba swim on Fridays.😟

while my primary activity is lap swimming, I get to observe the well attended water exercise program in session. Both pools are well maintained and everyone seems quite satisfied with their program.

I only am able to come to the recreational pool in the afternoons and it has taken a long time to restore services after the pandemic but Ricky battled through the shortage of lifeguards and upped the standards and training for them and now the experience is better than ever! Thank you Ricky!

I like the silver sneakers class. However, it would even be better if the class is offered at an earlier hour.
