Love Silversneakers for seniors. The Wellness Center is terrific. All the staff go out of their way to be friendly, greeting you when you enter and exit. Kathryn is a gem and works so hard!

I like all the classes the only thing i didn't like was the family zumba was not very kids friendly. He was playing music not really for kids i feel like it should be fun and exciting for kids i didn't feel like that is what happen my kids didn't like it either.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the cardio dance classes and the music. I realize that most people my age are not into hip hop, but I really like it and fully understand that the artists who make this music are coming from a place that is a lot edgier and that profanity is an accepted way to communicate.
