Love the sense of community, group fitness classes are wonderful, kids sports programs are creative and affordable. Love the Y!

great installations, excellent partners. all your team are amazing, each one of them do a great job. like if they provide care for their parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, etc. you make seems like if we are in a big family.

It suits my age and improves my mobility. Silver Sneakers is awesome and so are it's instructors Adele and Sandy.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The people there are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going on different trips with Jean and in the group. The trainers tell you why we were doing different exercise what part of the body it will help and strengthen. I enjoyed mingling with the people like for Thanksgiving we had a gathering that Monday before Thanksgiving. It’s just a great place for me

Love Silversneakers for seniors. The Wellness Center is terrific. All the staff go out of their way to be friendly, greeting you when you enter and exit. Kathryn is a gem and works so hard!
