I attend the morning group classes. The instructors are motivators and upbeat.
The comfortable padded couch from the Lobby in front of the tv near coffee machines was removed and put it in an office where they pile boxes on it. Then the two remaining padded chairs from the same area were moved "somewhere". The couch and chairs always had people sitting on them watching the tv.
There is also two padded chairs near the entrance to the child watch. No one ever sits there. They should be moved to the area in front of the tv in the Lobby.
There are 8 padded chairs (4 each around a table) and those are still remaining where they have been. Not near the tv.
This couch and the above mentioned chairs are the only comfortable chairs in the Y in which you can watch the tv.

I love the encouragement and inclusive nature of the activities. I love that I see people of all backgrounds at the YMCA. However I also love hearing Christian praise and worship music piped in to listen to while we are working out. I love the Christian witness the YMCA has always been and hopefully always will be. There was a period of time where in the weight room they were just playing 80s rock ‘n’ roll music.
It seems recently they changed back to Christian music in the weight room and I really appreciate that and hope that will continue.

Childcare, friendly staff, clean facility, great youth swimming instructors and a deck manager. Enjoys yoga,Pilatis with energetic instructors!!

the Senior Citizens classes have helped my joint pain and pinched nerve pain be no more!!! I am stronger and healthier since becoming a member.

As a senior. I can attend classes or do my own exercise program to fit my time schedule. I also have made many friends over the years in the classes I always attend. I also have made a few friends with the instructors who teach there. I Am Not in any senior exercise classes as I am usually more fit than others in my own age group, and I am always motivated to attend.
I just use the treadmills and weights.
Get good use from the cardio and weight equipment.
Adult programs / activities geared towards women and have not found any that look like attractive alternatives for me

II use the facility through the week and on weekends for workouts and it's very well equipped and the men's lockers are typically clean and well-maintained. The one weakness is there's really no place to stretch properly as the area allocated is so tiny only a few people can use it. Seems perhaps there is too much space allocated to very large weight lifting equipment that isn't used as much. Again not a complaint just a minor inconvenience
