Friendly, clean and not a meat market. Just do personal trainer and cardio now but have done other classes in past and I like that there is such a variety and range of time

The programs are commendable. I enjoy the group exercises because they're motivational.
I only take 4 classes/week. Body Combat and Intermediate Step. I LOVE those instructors who motivate you not to give up.
Group exercise classes are great and the child watch has been so good with our kiddos (ages 3 & 5).

Like the verity of machines. Have found the ones that fit my fitness program. It's very

I love the indoor track above the gym, huge indoor pool, huge weight room, classes, childcare, cleanliness, and staff members. Great atmosphere I honestly say I’ve visited a few facilities and this one is the best!
