Weight room

While I have not taken abvantage of most of the programs, I have enjoyed pickleball. I DO wish that the pickleball nets were in better condition. They are pretty cheap and wear out quickly.

The instructor Kenyatta B., is awesome! The facility is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The front door staff are very friendly and customer oriented! The environmental service staff is very friendly also. I love the wide variety of programs and activities that are offered to all ages!

i dont use any of them. I only use the gym.

The water exercise classes are convenient and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk and staff are always pleasant. I look forward to starting my day with the Y.

Glad there is an indoor pool to use in cold weather

I like to go but the best classes are to earlier in the morning I think a lot of people want yoga, tai-chi stretching and relaxing classes after 10 am not exactly at 7 am when moms are delivering kids to school.

Numerous varied classes. Friendly and supportive staff. Clean facilities. Excellent instructors. Wonderful opportunities to meet other like-minded people and make new friends.

i only use the weight training studios... but I like the Y business model... and the wide variety of activities and programs to attract folks from every element of the fitness spectrum.
