Everyone at the Y is friendly and it is always clean. The programs I participate in are fun and helpful to me as a senior. I love it!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Boot camp, Hiit classes. But we need more dumbbells in each of classrooms A &B. It delays the start of class when we have to go to another room to get weights. Kim and Dayanne give great classes and keep the workouts interesting and varied.

I like the workout equipment and the sanitation stations. Classes are also great.

I enjoy all the Forever Well classes. They are comfortable and geared to my capabilities. All the teachers are caring and helpful. I especially enjoy the socialization.

I haven’t been a member long. However?
Staff pleasantly greet me and assist me when I enter the facility and as I’m working out. I’ve already recommended two of my friends seek membership.

Though I haven’t joined any specific programs or activities, I certainly plan to participate in the future.
