What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the instructors, the times, the setting and the staff. You ask for this sort of feedback and then use it to make changes like moving the seniorsize class and other senior classes to the other building and re doing the floors. There are more areas for chatting.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy the workout facilities however the audio to the televisions is horrible. I use the Ellipticals in the big room and watch the televisions (6 each on that wall). One of the Ellipticals has 7 channels when there are only 6 televisions. Audio is very poor. Otherwise a great facility and I enjoy it and the members.

There are plenty activities to participate. The exercise and aerobics area are state-of-the-art. Love my YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I am a single Senior and enjoy the programs that are directed to me. I attend an exercise class which is developed for my age level. ! enjoy the luncheons for learning about self care and the newest medical information. I have been on several road trips and have gotten to see more of Texas and have learned about it's rich history. A bad knee limits some activities but I still take advantage of treadmill and bicycle whenever I can. My schedule is always directed around
activities at the YMCA. I have been a member since 1996.

The facility is always clean and in good condition. The equipment is nice for free weights The staff is friendly. The environment is family friendly.

I like the instructor lead classes. The question I have is with the virtual classes. There will be no instructor so if someone gets hurt or has a heart attack what happens? In the old gym we could not enter the room unless an instructor was present what changed ?

I love Seniorcise and Senior yoga. Every time I finish a class I feel so energized. The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

This facility is awesome. After Harvey repairs they remodeled and re allocated space. At first it was hard but over a month or so, they heard the community and did changes to make it better.

They turned the equipment to face the wall and most importantly they took care of the
large number of seniors that attend that facility.

Moving the senior classes to the Schindeldecker building was the best enhancement.
They also added a higher toilet seat to the large stall in the main lobby women's bathroom.

Keep doing great things! IT IS NOTICED AND APPRECIATED..
