Group exercises classes all the time
Several good classes for AOA. Active older adults. I like that we have a bridge group again. I do miss the “First Step” area. This was especially well received by young and old that were recovering and needed extra help.
Love the variety of classes and great equipment. Workers are very helpful. I especially like the new virtual classes - game changer!!
The senior excersises especially the swimming
The virtual classes really when you have a busy schedule or work downtown like I do. Also thank you for adding another evening swim aerobics class on Friday. Thanks for working hard to make improvements and ironing out the kinks after re opening.
The exercise programs for seniors are fun and I find them very motivating. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The indoor walking trail. I have allergies and can’t walk outside. Back troubles keep me from working on the treadmill or walking on hard concrete areas.
I have just started coming again after the opening. I can't really say what I like except that there is EVERYTHING that a person could want to help them maintain or regain their health. Thanks for having this wonderful place.

Exercise equipment room excellent. Suzan a wonderful help and so full of information and suggestions. Since exercise room has Fox News it should also have MSNBC

Piyo classes and sense of community.
Amazing childcare with a clean facility and amazing staff. The atmosphere is light, friendly, welcoming and the facility is always clean. I love coming here. I feel welcomed and I never feel embarrassed or judged during a workout!
