I like the aerobics classes with Laura.I like the pool and swimming laps.I also like that you have good healthy food.Ths health fountain is great.I love the breakfast tacos and the pita pizza and hummas.You have done a phenomenal job during a very difficult year .Every person who works there i is great.Also I liked it when we had aerobics outside in the Pavillion when it was cooler.Laura always has a plan which makes the classes enjoyable.
Group classes. I would like to see more in the early afternoon (not virtual)
enjoy the variety of programs open to seniors and quality of trainers.
I actually recommend the Y to clients often.

I would like to see more Les Mills group classes offered, especially in the mornings. Would be nice to have Grit and Cxworx or Les Mills core.
Swimming & Gym

I love the Trotter YMCA, Adam is an excellent manager - extremely friendly and personable. Michael is an excellent gym attendant, always moving around and making sure equipment is clean. My only complaint is there is one gym attendant in the morning who always seems to be slacking off or just standing around and not doing anything at all, I don't know his name.
Don’t like any of the times. They are during work hours....need some 5am or 6am classes

THE Trotter Y Volunteer Garden! Luv the peeps who 'green exercise' and grow great things. More should get involved and learn, pick and eat more greens!!!
And the swimming pool, although it is too hot 9 months a year:-0
And I like Laura's Core classes - they work!
I only go to the Trotter Family YMCA to swim, but all attendants are extremely friendly and courteous (like Corina at the morning check-in desk!). The life guards are very good as well, as is every staff member on premise.
Great facility, clean and not overly restrictive related to Covid
The instructors are generally very good; the classes attract all sorts of people and are not intimidating for newcomers; I love group classes because I'm much more motivated to work hard than when I'm on my own.
I like reservations for lap swimming.
