I really enjoy the TRX class instructed by Matt. He is a fantastic trainer and is a constant motivator to have proper form for maximum benefit. I am glad that the steam room has had minimal down time these past few months and appreciate the suit spinner in the ladies locker room.
There are a lot of different activities for people of different interests. There is a lot of different equipment you can always find one for your needs open. My trainer Cathy Murphy is great. I can already feel a difference in my strength and balance. There are more classes than one can participate in for people of all ages.

I enjoy Silver Sneakers but do not enjoy the 9:30 Friday class because the only class available is very very crowded.
The group classes are great at Trotter and Katy Main. The instructors are full of energy and take the time to explain form.

My husband and I have been members since 1989. Simply expressed, there isn't anything you can't achieve from Baby Sitting to Silver Sneakers to Body Building. All kinds of information on health and classes. I tell my friends, it's better than a private club.

The variety of classes
Love that your team spends time wiping down the machines between uses - and did so starting several months ago. As a member I feel like it is my responsibility, but lots of folks don’t do. The other Y that I attend doesn’t do this. Thank you for going the extra mile.
