Fantastic Les Mills programs and instructors!
Well organized and easy to access
Many options, clean facility, good equipment, lots of class options prior to covid.
I’ve been a member for over 30 years and I have numerous acquaintances at the y.
Good variety and really lovely staff. To name a few, the adorable Diana, the entertaining Page and the all around excellent Cindy..
I like the fitness classes. Sign up is easy and all of the classes I've taken have had very knowledgeable instructors.
Excellant programs for seniors, both physical and mental. Elena Dinkin does a particularly good job in locating interesting and informative speakers.
Good variety, nice surroundings, courteous staff

I love the instructors the selection of classes available and the times for the classes most importantly
Good variety of group exercise classes. Social distancing with restricted class number. Many great teachers - Lisa Garcia, Rae Skelly, Cindy Walker, Shan, Danica, Romana, Rafael, Víctor, Mimi all great.
Love ths group classes
The Trotter YMCA has been and continues to be a huge support during these challenging COVID times. I am a swimmer and greatly appreciate the careful and welcoming way they have made the pool and facilities available for members’ use. Thank you.
The programs are very inclusive and there is a large variety so that everyone from tots to seniors can find something to do to stay active.
The Y has something for almost everyone. The activity and workout areas are clean and sanitized. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s a great place for young and older adults like myself.
Wipe downs being done for you. Not crowded.
Before pandemic, wide variety offered for seniors.
I love to swim! Only started with the pandemic and now is my main exercise.
I do yoga on Saturday at 9:30.
I used to love a stretch class that Richard Jones taught and that was very well attended but was not brought back even though members have asked. One thing I’ve learned about the “Y” after being a member for over 40 years they do not listen to their members. It’s unfortunate.
I also spin would be great if they started having a teacher versus virtual. Rachel who is teaching body pump now is a great spin instructor.

The instructors are generally very good; the classes attract all sorts of people and are not intimidating for newcomers; I love group classes because I'm much more motivated to work hard than when I'm on my own.
