Women’s exercise room and swimming pool
Convenient, clean, and all the employees are heads and shoulders geared towards the people that come to the Trotter Y.
Jack Trotter and Betty Trotter had a vision years ago and I do appreciate the time I had to get to know Jack Trotter.
"Paying it back" with the Trotter support is to me the best thing about the Trotter Y.
For me personally, getting into the 9th inning or 4th quarter with others my age is a gift to be able to do things pyysically to substain/support living safely and making my life better.
The Trotter Y has the program or programs to support that.mission for groups of all ages.

Exercise classes
I like all the programs. Especially the silver sneaker classes and zumba. I appreciate that sometime they add even new activities. I enjoy the culturals, wellness and the trips organized by Elena Dinkin.
So thank you to all the Staff and the Trainers belonging to Trotter family for their kindness and professionality.
I really just use the gym because the programs were not conducive to the hours that I work. Not all programs but most programs.
Multiple choice and times of classes
There are many programs to choose from throughout the week. Also, the staff is very helpful.
Swim lessons, exercise classes are great
We love Y and so happy that we can be part of it as a community, since and after pandemic so many working from home and now got used to stay home and staying in their cave. Mental health is the huge issue globally what is YMCA’s contribution on that? I know we have online meditation class but its still keeping individual in their cave, why we can’t have in person class early morning and evening so that individuals will get the advantage of the group meditation as a whole? As you asked here is feedback :)

Mat Pilates with Nellie is great. Also, the cardio/weight areas are well thought out. It is not crowded and you have space to stretch and do may exercises.
Low impact and cardio combo classes
The Y has a full range of fitness facilities, and great classes. The instructors are very enthusiastic and they play great songs.
I am taking water exercise classes and absolutely love it!! It’s making me move more and I feel better.
The accessibility and the fact that equipment is generally available. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I truly enjoy the women's weight Room and Ann is fantastic very polite and knowledgeable! Although everyone is very professional and takes the time to explain. Going to get into some of the classes as well.
Clean friendly staff
Yoga and the steam room. I also use the treadmill. The food bar is a nice resource.
I love the book club group and I also like the exercise classes that I've taken in the past.
Water aerobics is great fun for older adults.
