Laura Williams' core classes, and the 8:30 yoga classes, inside and outside. The swimming pool and the temp, and how Craig runs a good ship. The sauna when it's working, and the 'tall' showers when they have pressure and water hot enough to add a bit of cold water to make it a good temp. (At full hot water setting it is good, but the 'short' showers are a lot hotter)

Trotter has some great instructors in the area os Stretch and Restore, Pilate , Silver sneakers and yoga.
The classes are great. Thank you for adding more. Would really like to see TRX back on the schedule.
