Nice staff & friendly members. I like the Forever Well bus trips & the Bridge classes. The value is high for the fee. Good workout equipment. Good variety of classes. Good location & parking is plentiful.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I live in Houston part time
Trotter is my go to gym on a daily basis while in Houston
So much to offer here:
I play 🎾 and Pickleball. I sit by by the pool( not a swimmer). I participate in spinning, body pump and yoga classes that have experienced instruco
A friendly staff and they do a good job keeping the place clean
Did I mention the restaurant that makes awesome lunches. 🤤

Trotter has some great instructors in the area os Stretch and Restore, Pilate , Silver sneakers and yoga.

I never realized how great it is to join the Y and participate in classes and sign up for trips and various things to learn. So much fun and friendship. Especially as you get older, it's amazing how much the comradary fills your life. I encourage everyone to think about trying it!
