I very much enjoy the Zumba classes. It is wonderful to have a class on Sunday and taught by Katelin and Carrie.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The variety of fitness classes aimed at all fitness levels. The instructors, especially Rae, are top notch, and the classes are conducted throughout the day, as opposed to morning or late afternoon/evening.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Facility is so nice and clean. I do wish you have a bench press machine. And I wish you would redo the mens locker room. It smelled better this time but could use some upgrades. If you added a mens sauna over by the steam room and whirlpool that would be a huge upgrade to the locker room.
