The Post Oak Y is a great value! The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes interesting and fun. I have found that group activities/classes make it more likely that I'll work out longer and more frequently.

Bingo is an entertaining monthly activity.
Water aerobic classes are most valuable.
I would rather have an all inclusive world religions class rather than a strictly Bible class where people can learn about various spiritual paths and be more appreciative and respectful of each other.
