The Post Oak Y is a great value! The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes interesting and fun. I have found that group activities/classes make it more likely that I'll work out longer and more frequently.

I do wish there was weight training available for seniors.

I use the weight and cardio room. I like the wide assortment of equipment and at the times I go (early morning) it is not crowded. The staff is vey friendly and supportive.
