Range of exercise classes
The facilities are outstanding. There are various types of courts, machines, and weights. The pool area is as good as one could expect. The showers and changing areas (at least the men's from my personal experience) are at hotel level. All of these are kept clean and well maintained.
Best of all is the Y staff. From the minute you enter, they make you feel sincerely welcome. The trainers are completely knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. I'm lucky to have a place like this!

Excellent variety of programs and activities. In my 28 years of membership, I have found this Y to be staffed with outstanding individuals. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
Diverse activities. Trip to winery, canasta, fitness for seniors, camaraderie among people I have met. The Trotter Y is a neighborhood community.

I only swim at the YMCA. It's a great value, and I appreciate having a lifeguard on duty.

I am in the water exercise and love it! The workouts have definitely helped me to be able to raise my arm over my head after a fall that I took. It keeps me stretched.
Your employees are very friendly and it’s easy to get into the facility with great parking available.
Previously, I had spent some quality time with Chris Moore, the trainer. He helped me to work through my injured arm and provided me with confidence on using the machines upstairs. I am very thankful for his kindness and his knowledge

I train twice a week and the equipment is always kept in good condition. The staff is always walking around cleaning and offering assistance with smiles on their faces. Love the variety of things to do inside and outside. Long time member.

I like the wide variety of exercise classes. My favorite is Zumba! I rarely miss the Saturday morning class with Carole or the Sunday afternoon class with Kaitlin and Carrie. It is a highlight of my weekend.
