God bless Trotter YMCA! Staff is great from top to bottom! That place is MORE than a place to stay healthy. Caring attitude of members and teachers ROCK!
The virtual (when working properly) are a nice option.
Great variety of exercise options
I love the mat pilates, yoga, and steam room. I appreciate that there are so many classes available to members.
Just very much, enjoy the gym and the staff!
The Trotter YMCA is wonderful, as it is a great facility with wonderful staff. If I had a complaint, it would be that the yoga classes need to be run more like a yoga studio and not a gym. When I belonged to a yoga studio they would not let people enter the class after a set time limit, say 10 minutes. Why? Yoga is supposed to be about relaxation and peacefulness and there is nothing worse than someone walking in and disrupting class because they can't get there ontime, specifically a Saturday.
Great facilities and location.
Wide variety of activities, supervision from friendly staff and instructors...
Exercise programs group in mornings. Needles Class. Want to walk but not sure how to get to track or if even have one. Would like to learn to use rowing machine, but might need help getting up when finished.
