Well equipped and well managed facility.
easily accessible Accommodating.
I do not have enough superlatives to describe Trotter Family YMCA. From the cheerful front desk lady who is always ready to help with a smile to the knowledgeable and experienced instructors of the various classes. I must specifically mention Monica, Cyndie, Lacy, Mimi, Maritza, Shan, Nora (Chair yoga) and Jim. These folks are always welcoming, supportive, encouraging and despite being as busy as they are between classes, able to provide individualized attention so one almost feels one is under the watchful eye of a personal trainer.
The people that cover the classes are uniformly the best as well. The classes are well organized and punctual. I always leave feeling that I have met my personal workout goals. I only wish there were more hours in the day for me to be able to participate in more classes. There is so much going on that one is robbing Peter to pay Paul, as it were.
The janitorial staff are worth their weight in gold as the restrooms are always clean and well stocked. I believe that my participation in the programs at Trotter Family has added years to my life and delayed disability.
THREE CHEERS FOR YOU ALL.
YOU ARE ALL MUCH APPRECIATED!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION, ENTHUSIASM AND MOTIVATION!

Enjoying the classes.
The Silver Sneakers program is great for mind and body. I have made so many new friends through this program.
Variety & scheduling and the regular instructors
Great variety of seniors classes with wonderful teachers
I am disabled, but ambulatory.
For the time being, I exclusively use the steam room / jacuzzi. It usually is not overcrowded, and the other members are courteous.
While predominantly white, the membership is multiracial, multiethnic, which I find has developed into an engaging, pleasant club environment.
I would point out that the club also has an elevator, for members use to get between floors, including from the main lobby down to the lower level, where these spa services are.
Although the distance is only a half floor, it is very helpful because I have uncomfortably bad knees.
The club also has handicapped parking outside, which usually is available.
So many offerings
A lot to choose from. Also social opportunities
I appreciate the access to a wide variety of programs.
Love virtual spin
Accessibility
I like the variety of activities
Lots of options, all are welcome, clean, relaxing, good place for a workout or to socialize - or both together! Convenient parking. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
group classes
Need facilities upgrade in locker areas.
Excellent weight room. Y could use more elliptical machines with TV screens. Excellent staff led by Monica Ward. It appears that recent staff reductions have been overly aggressive because at times there are not enough people to adequately monitor the second floor.
nice staff, swimming pool, steam room
The wide variety of programs, adaptable to all skill levels, provides a place for anyone to participate. The facilities are excellent. But most importantly, the staff are outstanding. There is a true feeling of welcome from the time you walk in the door to when you leave.
