Great variety and wonderful instructors!
Great pool- most of the other y’s pools are very small. Wished Triotter would open the family pool more and free up the big pool for water exercise classes and lap swim. I would also like more water exercise classes like Memorial Athletic club.
I participate in Silver Slipper and Stretch classes 5 days a week. Good for social life for this 88 year old.
Lots of programs to choose from, Pickle Ball court times have been decreased due to scheduling of classes in Great Room which could have been scheduled in Studios 2 and 3.
Gym Pickle Ball court times have been decreased also. Someone needs to look into this.

Love the Zumba classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday morning’s class.
It's very much a family atmosphere. Our kids have so much fun and feel very comfortable.
Appreciate having programs for teens who are curious to try different sports
My main Activity is in the Cycling Program. It is Definitely great. Proper challenge for adults.

The assistance there is very helpful,and the attitude of everyone there is so positive.
Programs are great! We are enjoying Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga MWF.
Today the guest instructor for Silver Sneakers was especially good. Her name is Leyla
need to sell towels like 24 hour fitness did.
I thoroughly enjoy the new chair yoga class. Nora is an excellent instructor who provides varied activities to keep participants engaged. Leslie C's stretch and restore classes are excellent. I also enjoy her dance classes. She provides modifications when needed for those of us with lower back problems. Mimi C's Silver Sneakers classes are excellent. She provides different exercises and changes up instruction.
