I use the weight machines and free weights mostly.
The only issue I have is lately some of the weight machines are in disrepair and need some minor servicing, like replacing worn out or missing foam handles.
I like these machines very much, even if they are older technology or out of date.
Please restore them to their previous conditions of several months ago.

I like the early morning hours of the gym. The fitness / gym exercise area is perfect for my needs. I appreciate the machine circuit, treadmills, etc.

I've been going to Michelle's HIIT class for 3 years. And it's fantastic. I like that it's not a "third-party" program. She makes the class and doesn't follow someone else's program.

Tellepsen Downtown y is a great place to work out, great staff, very clean and good atmosphere.
D. Bradley McWilliams YMCA is my home gym, but once or twice every week, I will drop into Tellepsen Downtown Y.
Downtown is convenient for me on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Enjoy the indoor track in hot summer months. Parking issues are much better now!

Variety
The staff is great. I have a trainer and he is professional and pushes me in the way that I prefer.
Laid back and no hard sales pitches. Good favility close to my home.
I have not utilized any of the programs or activities yet, but I've noticed other members truly enjoy them.
Employees are friendly. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Instructors are great!

The staff are friendly. The facilities are generally clean and welcoming. Easy to sign up for things like swim lessons. Free parking for two hours.
Making a reservation for a class is antiquated. What about first come first serve?
Love the lap pool, rec pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and water exercise classes.
Only complaint is that the Remind app hasn’t been sharing pool closures. Last notice submitted by staff in the app was on May 28 at 12:25pm. Know the remind texting feature isn’t working anymore but now they’re also not putting them in the Remind app.
We’ve had a ton of storms since then so likely pool has been closed more often. It’s important to get the notices so you’re aware when the pool is closed before coming over. Please give the staff a gentle reminder to keep using Remind :) Thanks.

Very conveniently located in downtown and great fitness areas
I love the programs that are offered for Seniors and activities. They help us to stay active and vibrant. Having knee problems doesn't stop me from working out with Silver Sneakers and Zumba Gold.
There is nothing like a great instructor.
