So many offerings & programs for all age groups to choose from. I especially love the group exercise classes! Great customer service & knowledgeable staff!

I love the women's center, and child watch. I appreciate the fact I can work out without the male gaze. I also love that my child has a place to interact with other children while I work out.

Large clean facility. Weights and machines consistently available because there are enough for the central location. Pool clean, steam room a big bonus.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The fitness center at the Tellepsen YMCA is spacious enough to accommodate a lot of patrons, which is much appreciated. I just wish this YMCA opened earlier on Sundays.

Everyone respects everyone else. I look forward to the time i spend in the lap pool and the jacuzzi, talking with my diverse friends.

This is a fabulous facility, with multiple workout options and spaces, spacious clean locker rooms, large pools.
I especially enjoy the aqua classes - aerobics and zumba - with friendly inspiring professional trainers.

I'm a daily user of the gym and would like to suggest earlier hours on Sundays. I also request that a few stairclimbers machines be moved to the treadmill areas; staring at a wall has no motivation. Thanks

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I am happy to have moved my reformer pilates membership to your facility. It is closer to my house, has a great room with huge windows and daylight, and a small class that is almost like having private instruction. I am also enjoying the body balance class. Both my instructors are great, and your facility has wonderful, airy, bright rooms. Personnel have been helpful.
