Lots of fun classes that are great workouts.

Wide array of activities.
Do not like that there are not any active classes that begin at 645 pm or later. It’s hard to make these sessions when fldeiving to downtown, changing, and making it to class.
The instructors are qualified and helpful. The staff is friendly. I’ve made many new friends there.

-Everything is great except the hours open
-YMCA has wellness coaches who circle around and talk all the hour we are working out instead of helping people or cleaning the machines
-Have a maintenance clean sweaty machines ,not all ppl wipe them behind them

I love the group workout classes. All YMCA staff members and teachers are friendly and it’s a nice place to be. The only thing I don’t like is the parking garage. People always get stuck and are unable to exit.
You have Stretch and Restore!
Coach Candace has been AMAZING with my very apprehensive son during swim lessons! Her patience, encouragement and knowledge are incredible. She is great at bonding with her students!

There are a lot of activities for seniors. The ones I have attended provide great exercises for people my age. I'm able to meet people and have made many friends.

I like the parking garage for members.
I mostly exercise with the weight machines and they accomplish what I need..
Suggestions:
1) More weight machines, especially the 4 sided one between cardio and weight benches. It is
usually occupied and is often unavailable.
2) Don't replace the older silver weight machines by the window. They're fine. People use
them.
3) There was an older machine for building top of shoulder muscles. It was never replaced.
Can you add one?
4) Many people sit on the weight machines using their phone and not exercising for long
periods of time. It would help to put a time limit or max. number of sets on the machines.

Indoor track
I like all the group programs, the instructors are really good and motivated to all the group.

Bring back the towel service in the locker rooms!!!
