This is one of the best YMCAs in the city. Love that you have a steam room and sauna. This is the whole reason I come to this location. They could use some updating like the wood in the sauna has seen better days. But the gym is great, Pool is nice, track is great, courts amazing, classes an equipment are great as well.
I like the convenience of a gym near my office and the Christian-orientation of the organization.
The classes for seniors, the instructors, location of the facility, the support staff at the facility. The facility is clean and well maintained.
The instructors I want to give a shout out to: Michelle Gender, Yvonne Sanders, Willard McGowan and front desk support staff: Jeanette.
I like that you have have a Jacuzzi spa and sauna room. I don’t like the way the gym floor is organized. The weights section feels to be small and crowded with limited equipment.
The diverse exercise classes.
I enjoyed the group exercise classes. I am disappointed that some on the Body Pump instructors have decided not to teach the evening classes. The new instructor for Mondays and Wednesdays is just not as good. I still enjoy the classes and recommend them whenever possible.

I enjoy the track, the pools, and the machines. I love the location and the parking (although it is extremely tight).
I enjoy the various options for exercising, such as the bicycle to strength leg muscles, the indooor track to allow us allergy suffererers an opportunity to work out and run the track. There are so many other options, but for right now, this is what I focus on.
Wish there was more yoga classes
Especially like the low impact group classes with Yvonne and Willard at Tellepsen.
It is a fun place with friendly staff and clean facilities.

There is a wide variety of exercise programs to choose from.
Please add a weight rack ; there are too many people competing for 15lb, 20lb, and 25 lb weights. It could fit a vertical rack on the second floor by the window and would make the experience much better.
Also the bathroom floors do not appear to be getting adequate cleaning frequency (they are quite dirty)

You have improved recreation pool access, but still could be a bit better before customers start coming in regularly for it.
Please replace the broken dumb bells in the weight room, especially the 65lb. It would be nice if there were more than one set of weights past 60lb, too.

Yoga classes, swimming private lessons and Body Pump
It would be nice to have a thermostat in the sauna and a “no phone or food” (gross i know) policy, there have been a bunch of people eating and talking on/listening to stuff without headphones. Generally annoying for everybody in there.
i only go there because of michelle G. body pump and spin instructor!
Mary’s Tuesday water exercise class is wonderful!
