Really enjoy your Silver Sneakers and Golden Zumba classes. Have met lots of newfriends and enjoy staying active. Enjoy the instructors and their subs. I find that when we have subs the workout often stretches and moves different muscle groups. It's good for us.

I like the CORE & BODY COMBAT classes and the WOMEN'S CENTER.
I really think the Women's Center is a great place for more private exercises.
I like the Les Mis BODY COMBAT class because you can learn in a safe way, mix martial arts.
Great equipment and clean facilities. Has lot of specialty training equipment you sometimes find only and crossfit gyms. Imagine a college recreational Center but for the community

I enjoy swimming at the pool and use the well-equipped weight/exercise room. The whole staff at the Y is friendly and kind.
Michelle Gerond is your best Wellness teacher. Her classes are what people past 65 need. She is now teaching only 2 classes and the Friday teacher is very hard to hear and follow and certainly no sub for Silver Slippers.
Her class is so full that many cannot register in time making the whole experience very unfulfilling. I am considering going elsewhere

I don’t actually participate in the classes etc, but I love the track when it’s 100 degrees, raining, or freezing outside and I can still work at getting my 10K steps in! I also like the workout room. I use 9 of the machines twice a week to try to keep my muscle tone (I am 82 next month!)
I just use the weight room on the 4th floor

Diversity of offerings, instructors, facilty
The atmosphere,the elevated walking/running track, the respect of privacy shown, the female coach, the excellent ranging widely in levels of difficulty.
This facility is clean and well-tended to. The staff are very polite. The only change I wish they could make is to open the fitness center and pool earlier on Sundays. For those of us with busy workweeks, the weekends are the only change we get to exercise. It would be so nice if the fitness center and pool opened up at 7:00 AM on Sundays the way they do on Saturdays. It would also work for those of us who go engage in religious activities on Sunday evenings rather than the traditional Sunday morning services.
I like the ladies weight room and my personal trainer.

Group fitness classes are very BodyPump heavy.
Only 2 HIIT classes noted. Would like to see more or at least more in-person Grit classes ( whether Grit Strength, Grit Cardio or Grit Athletic)
Would love to see Step return as well
