People are all so nice and helpful. You have many group activities for Silver Sneakers. I do miss the separate Women’s Center private area for exercising.
I love the lap pool.
But, I sincerely wish you wouldn't close the lap pool from 2-4 p.m. weekdays. That is an ideal time for me to swim. Could you please consider changing your policy?
I love the availability of water exercise classes. Those are so much better for seniors and others with physical limitations. I love the warm and welcoming instructors and enjoy the uplifting energy of the community. Every day at the Y is a better day.

Instructors are knowledgeable and are always modeling modifications for different levels in each class. I also enjoy the diversity of classes. There are multiple opportunities from classes to weight training , water workouts and various sports and activities.

I love the Body Pump class!
My wife and I have been members of the downtown Y for over 10 years. It is such a well run, managed, and maintained facility. The employees are all so helpful. The equipment in the 5th floor "gym" is so well maintained. It was such a kick when we had been there for maybe 7 years or so when the "black" work out machines began to appear. Yeah, some of the old gray models are still there but they have been so well miantained.
The employees are so friendly and helpful. The fees are reasonable. The building is so well maintained. You guys do such a remarkable job. Wish there were more institutions in this city that followed your path.

Everything. I like everything. The YMCA is amazing and I support its mission 100%.
I like body pump and body combat classes, I like the Sat aft, Tues and Fri eve classes. Your staff is great, so friendly and keeps the place so clean. Instructors are great, plus comfortable family feel, great job!
The group classes. The best are the dance classes.
