You need to add some stretching classes for those of us that have to work and do not get off until 6. You cater well to those already in shape, but need some focus on those that are way out of shape and need to start over.

My husband and I use the indoor track and the weight equipment (I primarily use the Women's Health room).The YMCA is perfect for us.
We have appreciated the personal trainers, especially Maggie! We do not use them regularly but have benefited from instructions on proper use of machines and getting a workout routine established.
Personal training program is great. Staff is friendly.

I’ve made some great friends at the Y...the staff is friendly, there are some really great instructors, it’s a very nice facility, I live downtown and walk to the Y, it works well for me

My primary objective is to use the lap pool and steam room 3 to 4 times per week. If I had more time, I would attend the barre, yoga and pilate classes and make daily use of the jogging track.
