I have been participating in the cycling classes at 6:00 AM. I enjoy them a lot. The facility is awesome.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really enjoy the variety of classes for different fitness levels. At different fitness levels and ages we have different abilities and considerations and the YMCA seems to meet all those needs. If I can't do body attack because it is too hard on the knees I can still go to bodystep and get a great workout that is easier on the joints. There are also a lot of fun classes where I don't even notice I am getting exercise - sh'bam, nightclub cardio. Please don't get rid of those classes for the "in-betweeners" - bodystep, sh'bam, bodypump. I also love your instructors - Amber, Danica, John (bodystep)!!

We enjoy the group exercise programs, particularly Body Pump and Spin / Cycle classes. The instructors are great - very instructive on form and thus have made a great difference in our workouts!

I like the sense of inclusivity and the upbeat messages in posters. They are especially heartening during this time of racism and hatred spewing from the White House and Republican party.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I am a divorced single mom going thru very tough times with my 3 little kids. I've been taking them to YMCA in the past 3 years. My kids love here, feel like home, learned how to swim... I cannot tell you enough about how wonderful this facility and their programs are. We are being healed and being rebuilt. Our lives were profoundly transformed here and I look forward to the bright future God plans for us.
