Enjoy John D's classes: he is a dedicated, energetic, encouraging instructor. I have become friends with fellow class members who are from all over the world. Most are retired professionals: physicians, nurses, teachers, attorneys. I feel the Y attracts members from all religions, backgrounds, and locations: a true melting pot!

Ease of use and variety of classes for

I really enjoy Silver Sneakers and Forever Well classes. The instructors are great.
I love the availability of the group workout classes and the variety.
It gives you a reason to get dress and get out of the house and it’s beneficial.
The yoga, Pilates and barre classes; being welcomed; seeing the seniors gathering for social and physical needs.
Love the facilities and classes, but wish there were more early morning times. Can you offer anything at 6am or 6:30??

The staff is welcoming, there are many different amenities and activities to choose from, and there is a very positive vibe amongst gym members.
Plenty of types of equipment and classes to allow you a good workout. The variety keeps you interested and eager to return to the gym.
