I think Weekley offers a variety of classes targeted toward seniors and forthose intereested there are many exercise machines on the second floor. One set of machines, 8 of them, are monitored by a screen to aid participants, Many seniors use them since tey provide a reasonably complete exercise regimen in less than 30 min. This set of machines is used by many seniors.
I also enjoy the games day and have seen the domino group and now the mahjong group increase in number and of course we have our bridge group. Thanks to the Weekley staff for setting up tables.Bingo is also played, I believe, once a month.
I also enjoy the lectures on health issues and the holiday potluck parties for seniors, Elena Dinkins does a super job in organizing many of these activities, She is tiring in her efforts to making seniors welcome at Weekley.
I'm very like eGYM,line dance and night club cardio programs.

I am very pleased with Weekly location and facilities, I love to attend weekly classes after 5: 30 pm. Night time cardio, Pilates, Body pump and Flow instructors are excellent!
I am sad that Wednesday 6: 30 pm class with Mrs. Bea Adams has been cancelled.
I would like to see 6: 30 pm class on Wednesday .

Great staff, instructors and exercise programs!
Exercise classes during the week for Senior Adults. I have always been a member and now that I am older, I still have a place to go and exercise. It's so important to continue to exercise and the YMCA provides classes for seniors.
I enjoy the facilities and options available to participate in.

My wife & I are interested in the gym and fitness at the Y. We are there at least four times a week. We are addicted to the EGYM. The program is especially great for our age group. We have found the staff helpful & professional. The atmosphere is welcoming & congenital.

I am senior citizen and enjoy variety of classes offered. Instructors are overall excellent. A couple of them are less enjoyable than others. The water aerobics classes are very popular in summer. Sign-up is challenging and we set our alarms to be sure we get in. Suggest expanding water classes to twice daily as able. Indoor classes are significantly better now that we have moved to larger gym and can have 60 in class.
Respectful, friendly staff. Allowing more members to sign up for classes as number increase and space to exercise.

Convenient location with broad selection of workout activities. Reasonable hours and adequate parking space.

The variety of programs offered for members of all ages.
I use the fitness area a lot. My only request would be to get some more barbell sleeves. Many people do deep knee bends with weights and these sleeves cushion older shoulders. Otherwise I have always liked the programs, especially youth sports. My grandkids have participated and my only suggestion would be to more actively pursue coaches. It seemed there was a shortage. I coached soccer for over 10 years and these are very important programs to maintain.
I like the older crowd.
