I have been using Merry Maids services for many years (since 2015) .. for almost 10 years on one-offs .. yet committed to monthly (4-weeks) appointments. My great satisfaction is the "no worries" feeling I get - not having to "supervise" or "inspect" to have a detailed cleaning done. I have always simply welcomed the Marry Maids team (single or crew) - quickly showed them the apartment around (like in 60 seconds literally) - and after 1 or 2 hours - I can say "thank you" - and have a sparkling clean apartment!
Also impressed by the only incident I had - when a kitchen faucet broke off - Merry Maids took the responsibility of finding a great repair person - that did an awesome job replacing i with a brand new piece at no cost.

Consistency, efficiency, and professionalism - served with a smile and a cheery personality.
