It was easy to set up, very convenient, friendly and accomodating customer service, and best of all, my place looked fabulous after the cleaning. Many places were dust free that I never thought possible! My only concern was the $60/hour. Still glad I did it but was expecting somewhere between $40-$50/hour.

I have been sick lately and last Tuesday, July 16/19 our Merry Maid was most efficient, friendly, accommodating and helpful while I was here during the cleaning. The house looked great! Staff were very friendly and kept us up to date. They also called to asked us to confirm extra time for the cleaning instead of just doing it. Overall we were very impressed and would certainly use the service again.

I thought this was a feedback form for the last cleaning service, April 11. Service and products all good but was concerned this time that some areas did not seem to be dusted - the master bedroom was definitely not dusted.
