The counter top and floors are always shiny and the house smelled clean.
They do an excellent cleaning job. I require scent-free products due to allergies; it took a while but we now have figured out which products are okay for me.
If there ever is an issue they are quick to respond and resolve it. I love the cinnamon spray:). They always leave my house feeling and looking great:)

Love that all cleaning supplies are provided - even trash can liners! I like that I can be flexible with the type of clean I want light vs deep.
They are effective and get srains out. They do sometimes smell strong but thats manageable
