Excellent quality. I know Wild Rock will stand behind their products if there are any issues. I assume after 30 yrs of purchasing items from Wild Rock ( very occasionally with issues- which have been returned and fixed or money returned) they source high quality, long lasting items. Everything we have purchased from clothing- jackets, coats, pants, ski clothes, boots, hiking boots, to skis, bikes, tents, kayaks and knapsacks have worn very well !

I phoned for an inquiry on a product and they would hold it for a few days. The woman was very helpful and put the product away until I came to the store.
When I went to the store I wasn't sure if it was the product I wanted and inquired to the cashier about the change. He was very helpful and checked twice to make sure of the product I wanted. Both servers were very helpful and very polite in trying to find the right product. Both were very knowledgeable of what they had in the store, I was very happy to have found what I was looking for and yes I would go back to Wild Rock again. Thank you for your service and to both employees.

I went to Wild Rock this week to redeem a gift certificate and purchase a much needed pair of new bike shorts. The pair recommended, were perfect for me! (Thank you Dwight). When I went to redeem my gift certificate from my wife, it would not register, it read $0 balance. I was very disappointed but made the cash purchase and felt we were at a loss. Jonah, vey understanding said he would follow up with management. I didn’t hold out much hope with out the original receipt.
To our delight, Jonah informed us that management offered and redeemed us the original $100 gift certificate.

It seems that Wild Rock is reducing the various options or selection of options from the possible lines they have to choose from. I went in to check on shirts and pants for myself and found one shirt in xxl size. It was on sale and reasonable so I bought it. I wanted to purchase the CapCap for my Nalgene bottles and it is no longer carried at Wild Rock. So I got it from MEC.
The lack of selection in clothes sent me to SportCheck and Marks. Not my first choices.
Wild Rock is my preferred choice for camping and outdoors products. but if the store does not have my options, I will go elsewhere.
