Both times, I’ve dealt with people( Bridget and Jonathan) who were both knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate the efforts to supply products that are made in Canada and/or environmentally friendly. I’m also grateful to support a small independent business!

Staff are knowledgeable and always can provide advice. I really like the wide range of gear that you offer and love the basement bargains. I would like a broader range of maps/books for canoeing and hiking in Ontario including areas that are not in Provincial or National Parks, but maybe that would be giving away all the good spots! I also like that you price match and I have taken advantage of this, so that I can do all my shopping at wildrock.

I appreciate that staff will mask up if they are helping a customer who is masked, it is very respectful and appreciated! The staff there is very kind and extremely helpful, they enjoy taking about their products and helping customers find what they need. I will always recommend Wild Rock!
