Outstanding customer service from the moment I entered the store. Brayden and the boys made sure I got the right set of skis. No hassles exchanging one pair that didn't work out. Excellent service from Callum in the shop. A free hotwax demo helped me pick out the products I need to look after my new skis.

I have been shipping at this store since 1995. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought mountain and road bikes, xcountry skis, lots of clothing, over the years. This recent purchase was xcountry skate boots. Sean F helped me. He was so great. I didn’t know what I needed.
Great variet
Scott took time to do a very detailed bike fit for me when I was having knee issues. He fixed a few things to help on my bike. He even provided a list of exercises that could help with my issues and then relayed all of the session to my physiotherapist. He is indeed very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me ! Thanks Scott !
Great store; great staff!
I was trying to replace a pair of boots so old we could no longer determine the size. Wild Rock staff worked patiently with me and through trial and error, we were able to determine the right size and the right boot for me.
