I had a really good experience buying a bike from you. The employee who was helping me was friendly, attentive, and took his time helping me choose the right bike for me. He provided helpful information and advice, and was supportive and encouraging of me as a very new cyclist. I tend to feel uncomfortable and out of place in bike shops and I really appreciate the way you work to make people feel like they belong, regardless of their skill or experience.
